Halloween Spectacular sponsored by the West Branch Optimist and Kiwanis Club at Surline Middle School from 6:30- 8pm.
There will be a game room for pre-schoolers, games, candy, popcorn, and soda. The school asks that there be no toy weapons, and all school rules will be in affect
