Thrive- Free Fun Days in July

Join us in July for a day of interactive health activities for kids, demonstrations, games, and snack taste testing at the Tolfree Wellness Park in West Branch. The FREE event will be taught by a community health nurse educator and includes:
Physical activity to help you move and learn
Taste testing of healthy snacks
Games and demonstrations about health, food and nutrition
Information on fundamental skills to live and make healthy lifestyle choices

Each participant will receive a backpack filled with goodies to take home
